What do people consider to be dangerous for high hear rates while exercising?
My resting rate is usually around 65-70 and while warming up on the treadmill earlier it was 173bpm which is like 3 times my resting rate! How bad is that?

Mines really fucking low. 50-55 when doing nothing and 135-140 when been cycling on a bike for 20 mins
(Did this test a few days ago actually!!)
Dude said it was quite good, can't see how though
I think some people are different mate, because yours is a high heart rate normally, it looks higher than it is when exercising.

Low heart rate is indeed usually a good indication of fitness, mine is pretty low still even though i've stopped exercising. Was really low when i was doing football 4 times a week and gym.
Girlfs is really really low.
If you are mahoosive and a lazy fucker with a low heart rate you should get checked out though.
