I've got large fingers/hands and Blackberry keyboards are pretty decent, i certainly think it's better than using an iPhone or touch screen phone - although on Android you can download Touchpal and change the keyboard layout which has helped a fair amount.

iPhone is ok if you are willing to pay the price for it, otherwise go for a desire or wait a couple of weeks and get some windows phone 7.
Not much with buttons these day's tbh and any that have will be small/qwerty/both and defeat the purpose anyway.

if you want a qwerty the new htc desire z looks decent
heard a few good things about the new blackberry also
