Its not that bad condition to be fair, its being left outside from now so will get wet and be no use to anyone.

I personally wouldn't scrap it if the seats bolsters are OK.

I do not want them. They are of no use to me. They are worth nothing to me. They are in the way.

Why not scrap them if I can't even give them away and I need rid of them?

I would appoint a courier and go get them except I'm not clear what condition they're in and I'm not sure you want to photograph them if they're free.
