I'm running Revolution wheels off a mini and have 165/65r13's stretched on an et20 offset 7 x 13" and dont suffer any scrubbage. Are you looking for the stretched look euro style? Or dropping the car on its arse?

its for my mini just brought some alley cats 7x13s and cant find any tyres for a decent price

Try 175/50r13's, they are what I ran on my 7 x 13" Superlights when I had one of my numerous mini's
