Are these available anywhere?

It's for a 206 not a Corsa, would probably use Vauxhall TIS for the Corsa but not sure if the Pug systems are the same.

Or if anyone can find them online that is appreciated.

Not detailed enough, tells you what wires are in the loom and the fact they travel between the stalk and the body control module but not what each pin does.

Body control module isn't staying, hence needing to trigger everything manually from the stalk.

I'd go down to a Peugeot garage then - if they're as nice as the VX garage near me they'll print you a nice copy off!
