But he negged me before id even given him a refund which was like 24hrs after the auction ended

I knew there was a chance but just fucking winds me up that there are absoloutely no rights for sellers.
I cancelled the auction and in the drop down box there was an option to say non confirmed paypal address, so perfectly within my right to cancel

Open a NPB against him. If you win the neg will be removed.

Failing that, you could go on google and look up taxi firms local to him, then book a string of them over the week for "early morning airport runs". Ask them to tell the driver to knock on the door, so it ruins his sleep all week

What's an NPB??


Limecat: some chump with 0 feedback a non confirmed paypal and name differing on paypal/eBay wanted me to send him my phone to which he would them get, declare he never recieved and retreive his money through paypal

I've had a guy with 0 feedback that had been a member on ebay for 2 days win a set of Astra Sport wheels off me... I haven't heard a thing off him yet, its been nearly a week so i've put a claim in against him. Luckily for me i might only lose a few quid selling fees because they were cash on collection.
