so when i turn my lights on there are on main beam...
ive checked my fuses and nothing is blown.

also my heaters have stop working aswell

The main beam issue will be the stalk - time to get a new one from a scrappy

When you say the heaters have stopped working, what exactly do you mean? No air comes out regardless of which setting (1-4) the blowers are on, or it's always cold etc?

ive replaced the stalk once before and no air what so ever just dimms my clock display like it draining it
