what was the lambda reading, did it pass, personally i think once the egr is back on and if you put a new cat on then it should pass, that is providing your lambda isnt knackerd, might be worth replacing that aswell just too make sure

tank o v power spank it till its hot.
erm... ...
coolent temp sensor will bring fuelling into line..
i have a brand spanking new coolent sensor here if you want that. its the cheapest thing to start with.

Lambda passed. Had redex and a good twatting. With v power. Now trying cat clean

It has to be between 0.97 and 1.03 - the first time it was 0.96, and the second, 0.81?

It coats the cat and destroys the chemicals inside, doesnt always do it straight away but over a period of time, especially if used frequently it damages the cat, unless of cause it says on the bottle it's cat friendly

Then i stand corrected some are safe but the majority arnt as far as i was aware redex hadnt made a cat safe one
