A letter asking there work place for a reduction in contracted hours?
Reason im asking is im looking into doing this and have no idea where to even begin.

Ive done that mate and its been useless. I only want a slight reducton as im struggling to keep up with my Uni work due to the long shifts i do and with it being my last year i dont just wana blag my way trhough it

Well im going to put it into writing and also give a copy to my manger and send one off to HR at head office.
I just have a feeling if i go over his head and send it straight to H.R he will get abit shity with me
