as I have the Space Marine box set and paint, I bought in 1992.
is it a collectors item? worth anything?
I bought it to paint th figures, but got board, so they never got touched other than a primer coat and adding RED and some Green lol

Best off finding the nearest Games workshop/Warhammer shop and taking it in. Theres one in most town centres now and im sure they'll be able to give you a proper valuation. If not do you want me to pop in and ask them for you?

Ever been past one of these places? The one in Bolton smelled like a giant rancid armpit.

They look like epic 40k
Normal models you built yourself, I.e you glued on the head, arms, guns and legs and shoulder pads
I used to collect 40k when I was alot younger, got some blood Angels I need to chuck on eBay
That big model is a Titan btw, huge mechanical robot war machine

Still got a few lying about, Necrons, tyranids, chaos from 40k and white dwarfs from fantasy.

Funny because it's so true, I used to go in the one in Reading in like 1993 and I was well aware of the place being full of freaks, getting pounced upon the minute you walk through the door by some Nirvana looking fan with long hair and black jeans and sweat patches under his armpits.

i went in and stole some stuff, some geek lad saw me putting stuff up my jumper and told the staff, we had a wicked chase and i ended up hiding in a chinese restaurant, then hid the stuff in a bush, went back a week later and collected it
everytime i went back to the warhammer shop i would take my glasses off and pull funny faces so they didn't recognise me, and they never did
