i know its ment to be stiffer suspension but fuck me its like a rock & it feels like its bouncing all over the place and its only lowerd by 40mm i think.. heres a pic of the springs & the shocks

this is the rear setup i have on my car now

and heres the differnce in the size of the springs

the shocks do have an adjuster thing at the bottom but cant see that making much of a difference

Any help will be apreachiated

Shocks could well be dead tbh. Risk you take when buying second hand to save few pennies

when you try nd compress the shocker by hand it should be hard to compress but easy to pull them back

shocks could be dead mate good job i didnt buy them they come on a car i broke but tbh the seemed fine on the other car i think it could be the springs dont know what make they are so probz cheap ones goin to have a propper look tmorrow and have a play about if they dont get any better there getting binned

anything else it could be ?

well its hard to compress them and it wasnt easy to pull them back out but that was when i put them on the car no space to really pull them mate but seemed easy enuff

im going to have a mess about with the adjuster thing at the bottom of them tomorrow
