what does ote stand for? never actually worked that out whilst i was looking for a job.
mine was on and up to 19k and considering at the time i had no real experience of managment accounts i didnt come off to badly (got offered at 18k)

so with that example above; the basic is 30k but if you meet your targets you could earn £60,70k; just for meeting targets not exceeding?

I don't know, don't know the ins and outs of the company - however, everyone who works there seems to be doing well and they all seem to be enjoying their jobs - just saw it advertised in the customer log in area as we're one of their customers

By the sounds of it from that link I posted you get the 30k for meeting the targets and depending how much you exceed them you can get up to 70k.
