What happens when Bernie retires/dies? Is there someone already assigned to take the reigns? Will it go to the highest bidder?

Hate the bloke, and hate all the love that seems to gravitate towards him.

I imagine most of the work is done behind the scenes at FOM in any case. If he retires (or dies ) then the company will do as its always done.
