i was on a policy last year 24yr old at the time which let me drive any car third party. it was with premium choice. might be worth a try

ahhh well theres a few dead chaep ones, for example im 17 and mine is 1500 ish fully comp on aviva with a parent on the insurance, also a company offered me 1600 fully comp on my own called insure the box still quite high but is a bit less i found.
