Probably the best place to put this as most gym buffs seem to lurk in here...

Where do you buy yours from and roughly how much?

I usually buy tuna when it's on offer and get Tesco frozen chicken breast (Lakeland "branded"), £3 for 600g. However, sometimes you get 4 tiny breasts and 2 huge ones

i buy tuna on offer usually 8 cans for a fiver and chicken i buy chilled from morrisons and usually sift through them for the big ones

this just get them in bulk when they are on offer

think netto had john west £2 for 5 tins the other week

iceland sell tins of john west tuna for cheap, also get frozen tuna steaks in there which are delicious

Tuna from Tesco when its on offer. But mainly just by fresh chicken, the big packet fro Tesco for £6. Tried the frozen stuff but it looks/tastes like shit. Also buy White Basa fish fillets, you can get 2 bags of 4 for £5, its constantly on that offer in Tesco.
