Low water/coolent level light as been constantly popping up recently in the car. But the level is perfectly fine and doesnt go down + no leaks etc. Temp however did get very high tonight in a heavy city traffic jam, first time its ever happened but unsure if the issue is linked or if its just the fact the car aint really suited to those situations.

Any ideas?
