Wanting a new camera for just general stuff....
car crap, nights out.
We have one of those Olympus Mju Toughs just now, 10MP, water proof, shock prrof etc. Its a few years old now.
3 options around the £200 price range
SONY Cyber-shot DSC-TX5 black - http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/4912566/art/sony/cyber-shot-dsc-tx5-black.html - 10MP, HD Video, small and light, waterproof to 3m, 4x optical zoom
PANASONIC Lumix DMC-ZX3 - black - http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/4872797/art/panasonic/lumix-dmc-zx3-black.html - 14MP, HD Video, really like our two old lumixs, 8x optical zoom
OLYMPUS µ[mju:] Tough 8010 - black - http://www.pixmania.co.uk/uk/uk/4654427/art/olympus/u-mju-tough-8010-black.html - 14MP, HD Video, 5x optical, a bit larger and heavier than those above
any other suggestions? Something shockproof would be a bonus as Fiona is a spastic with cameras Really liked some of our old RICOH's so i'll go check them oooot

If I got another compact it would more than likely be one of the Olympus ones. I always end up taking them out on night and then get dropped and thrown about, gone through too many now
