Personally i'd opt for an Intel system over AMD at the minute, although it all depends on your budget.

Just get the cheapest thing you can, no point spending a fortune just to browse the web.

AMD is fine for your needs.

Less cost and a far superior CPU. You just need to buy a SATA HDD (easily under £50) and an optical driver (£10-£15)
