hey guys my heaters have stopped heating up they work but they just blast out cold air?? any one had this problem and knows what it could be?

did you leave the car to warm up long enough? i thought the same this morning i was sat in the car with the engine running blowers on max and hot but it was just cold air coming out, was the same for about 10-15mins and i got out to check it hadnt frozen, it hadnt and when i got back in it was blowing warm, think it took a while to warm up because it was so cold this morning!

Check the coolant pipes for heat first or leave it not blowing. With the fan blowing through the heater matrix it's quite possible to cool the engine back down in this weather.

drove home from plymouth! so its not like they didnt have long enough to warm up.

mate mine does it i fort it was broken as it was blowing cold air but have you got water in your foot wells if not then its not your heater matrix

yer all the coolant side of things is fine! could it be thermostat?

There's no relay on the heat side of things, if the fan is blowing then it's either coolant or the air flow pipework and levers.

it was the thermostat on mine
