Quick question here, im trying to put on some more weight, started out at 9.5 Stone and put on a stone pretty quickly. Now stand at around 10.7 and have a target weight of about 11.5.

Is it better to eat something, rather than nothing at all? Even if that something is probably not considered "good for you" Reason been if im out somewhere for over 3 hours and the only option for food is shit would it be better just to eat it and have something rather than skip it and wait longer until you can get something better.

Sorry to thread hijack John

Agree with Jake, something is better than nothing. Unless you are dieting for a competition, a cheat meal isn't going to hurt.

I have fat, of course i do. Bodyfat levels have never been a great concern to me, i like to stay lean but a bit of fat is healthy. I go by the mirror, not the scales.
