No, all you need is the calipers, carriers, pads and 4 stud discs.

av got all of them but the hub is at least an inch smaller than the disc

No, those discs will fit but you'll need to fit spigot rings to the inner diameter and re-drill them to 4 stud.

I managed to fit mine no problems without spigot rings, they were fine for 2 years.
