Right i know a guy who has a MK3 fiesta. he put a 2.0 mondeo lump in it after his 1.6 shot a conrod out.
Now i've seen it running ( a bit lumpy on tick over ) but works none the less. The thing is its running with the 1.6 ecu in it. How is that possible? i thought it would have to be the 2.0. cheers

it is possible to run but i would guess the fueling is a mile out! Only way to check is RR really, why hasn't he put the 2.0 ecu on??

he has the 2.0 ecu to go on just need new code. i may possibly be buying it with my best mate to fix a few bits tidy up and sell on for profit but the 1.6 ecu had me puzzled.
