Thats what the FIA said. Did say that anything that they consider to put the sport into disrepute would still be punished..... Again thats not exactly clear so we will have to see how this works out!

It won't be any different. They won't use team orders until the closing stages of the season where one driver clearly has more chance of winning the championship. Which what they already did, in code. Unless its Ferrari offcourse

Perhaps in the days of Mosley, but i'm not sure how you've come to that conclusion now.
Eitherway, the no teams orders rule was a silly implementation to the rule book as it's impossible to enforce especially when teams orders are a vital part of the sport.
