I pay my insurance monthly. 2 months ago they couldnt take the £140 out of my account becasue there was nothing in there, on that month my policy ended, the year was up, and they cancelled it.
I owe them £140
If I phone up tomorrow, to sort it out, ill pay them the £140, but will I have to start a new policy and pay the deposit?

yes, that policy ended and you've had the 12 months out of it. All you're doing is paying them money that is overdue.

Its sounds like hes been covered, his policy has ended and there asking for the final payment before wich has been missed
