When you say sick of then why?
I have Sky TV and its quite good IMO. The HD channels are fairly good, a very large range of HD channels now. Sports are very good (better than Virgin as they don't get Sports3/4HD or Sky Active which is great for Football First)
I recently looked at swapping to Virgin to see but every time I added it up, it actually ended up costing more which was very supprising

Sky are best for TV as they has more HD channels.
Virgin are best for BB as they use fibre optic connection.
Phone can be any of them. Sky did a deal with free line rental if you had all 3 services.

I have Sky tv, broadband and phone. I was with virgin untill they fucked me about and i changed to sky. Never had a problem with them. Obviously the internet isnt as fast as virgin, but it does the job!
Bt on the other hand are shit! The mother was with them for a while, and the BT Home Hubs are shocking! Have to reset them all the time. And their tv is shit!
Know a few people who have left BT because of this.
So personally, i recommend sky!

If you have fibre-optic cable and value fast downloads then you will find nothing better than Virgin unless your in one of those BT Infinity areas (although this will likely be exorbitantly priced)

I'm sick of them because i had a 12 month contract with them, and when that expired, they put all my bills up, and cant offer me the same services, as they do not do them anymore (which i find hard to believe)
broadband speed is not an issue to me, as i only really use the internet for browsing the internet. More interested in the TV and Telephone to be honest
thanks for you help though guys

Cancel and re-order in someone else name (if you live with someone else).
Or phone up and tell them Sky has offered exactly the same services you're getting now (with Virgin) for £x a month.

What are they claiming they don't do any more?
Just call them, tell Sky are offering similar for less money, they'll sort something out.

Just got sky broadband last night, meant to be 20mb unlimited package. Did a speed test and its 3mb, so perhaps skys a bit shit.
Although they seem to be doing decent deals on tv, phone and broadband lite so depends how much and what you use the internet for.

All ADSL broadband will be roughly the same speed, depends how far away from the exchange you are.
Sky, o2 and Be are the best providers for ADSL if you can get a decent speed, IIRC all are TRUELY uncapped.
Virgin (and soon BT Infinity) are the only companies that can give you almost what they claim.
