Has anyone had any experience with any Buy to Let Mortgage Brokers or Specialists

I have found a very good deal locally on an apartment and am looking to get some advise on it.

I would like to know as well.

Plus I know if you buy a place to rent out buy why do you need a special buy to let mortgage
I understand it with insurance

Your mortgage company want to know because if you are not living in the house, you must be living somewhere else and presumably paying someone else thus they want to know that the house is going to be let.
