your at fault , i crashed my motorbike because my back wheel snapped the bike flipped onto its side and u was not in control of it and u hut a kerb which was sticking out , and i hit a car after , i was told technically i am at fault , my insurance told them to fuck off and pnly paid out for the car and not injurys , so they sued me and ended up with 4 grand between them so best to go through inurance otherwise they will prob sue u and its a lot worse paying that when it should have been ur insurance paying it
