I'm currently just a shade under 16st and still doing cardio to lose more weight but also want to build some muscle. I used to use cnp mr but want to lower the kcal's a bit!

I'm thinking i could have a pre shake ( around 4, train @ 5) and post shake. Hopefully the pre shake will stop me feeling to hungry in work etc.

Advice?

Currently using this as my protein supplement - http://www.bodybuildingwarehouse.co.uk/bodybuilding-warehouse-premium-whey-protein---4kg-4008-p.asp
Tastes great (choc cookie), good value for money and it's COA tested.

Always use this for postworkout - http://www.bodybuildingwarehouse.co.uk/cnp-pro-recover---5kg---thats-63-servings-146-p.asp
Best on the market IMO, i swear by it. Quite pricey but 5kg lasts ages but you can get smaller tubs.

chocolate smooth is lovely from myprotein. i've always had that flavour and imo, you can't go wrong.

some of the strawberry flavours are a bit sweet, but if that doesn't bother you then go for it.
