Ive just done the diy single wiper from topbuzz website was abit dubious at first to do it but it as come out quite good pics below once ive uploaded them in a couple of mins.

also does any one know where i can get the blanking plate for the other hole that as been taken out...?

the site is down at the moment but andy k is trying to get it up so shouldn't be long www.topbuzz.co.uk
Basically you take the drivers spindle out and cut 10mm out of the flat bar and weld it back together then take all the gubbins from the drivers wiper and put it in the bin(or save it) put the spindle in the middle holder and connect the rod back up and put all the cowling back together and line the wiper back up you may need to practice with this as i took abit to get it right.

it would look amazing if the wiper was actualy in the middle of the scuttle pannel
for that hole mate just try and find some sort of bung, if not then fibreglass it over and paint the whole thing to the colour of ur car

luca2020 it would look even better if it was in the middle of the scuttle like you say but for nothing im not complaining
I might get a smooth scuttle so i can try and hide the line.

Coz its not in the middle what happens when it reaches the other side, does it catch on the rubber seal for the window???

no like I say you need to practice with the wiper line it up and put the wiper on if it hit the side take it off and line it up again...
