Are you trying to tell me that 400+bhp in a FWD car can be used in any condition??I dont think so.
speak to nic barnes about that and form experince of his car in the wet on track at oulton park i would say yes 400+bhp cfwd can be used in any condition if you know how to use it
So he was using full throttle in the wet in the same places as he would be using full throttle in the dry??
Go and get a mk5 golf gti or Edition 30, them chassis will handle 400bhp+ in any weather conditions comfortabley.
On track sometimes you can use full throttle in the wet we're you'd use it in the dry, depends on suspension set up,e diff, chassis, correct tyres, and driver skill and experience tbh
Totally different on the road mind! Stop being a pedantic bastard and ruining the guys thread
Nice car mate, mega spec will be nice to get it used in anger must sound lovely

i remember a mk5 golf, only front wheel drive at olton park on normal road tires, think it had got some work done to it but was seriously quick! not much faster then it on the day! i was quite shocked,
400hp will be fine on the road just have to treat it with respect! think i would prefer wheels spinning up on fwd drive car then having a big power rwd car that spins up! gonna be larger chance of ending up in hedge with big power rwd then big power fwd,
also it had a diff and sound really well speced, so everything has been done to make it as good as pos!
roll on summer time for u :-) get some r888s for summer and will be awsome!

A friend has got a 385 horse 07 S3, before that he had all the bits on his DSG edition30, and on track or the road it was absolutley IMMENSE! theres one of the best handling FWD chassis made to date i think.

Corsa sport, you will find even a f1 car will spend less time on full throttle in the wet, lap times for them are slower in the wet. So you would expect any car which has to have a compromised setup to not be as good in different conditions.

My cars a bit of joke in the wet. I just leave the traction on and the M button unpressed! Would say FWD is more predictable in the wet!
