Usually a spreadsheet on one and SAP on the other.
At lunch usually a programme/film on one side and internet on the other.
Sometimes will have a prog of film on whilst working too as i have screen tints which prevents anyone seeing the screens unless they are directly behind me

Its also good to stretch a spreadsheet with large amounts of data across the two.
Ultramon is good software to use if you have dual screens aswell, can trial it for free and when it runs out uninstall and reinstall it again.
you get a taskbar on both screens, a button near the red cross to flick the application to the other, and also the stretch across both without having to resize among other things

1x 22" LCD (main screen)
1x 19" LCD wide screen (secondary screen)
Normally have Supportworks open on main screen and monitoring systems / RDC / Oracle SQL Developer open on the smaller screen...
