recently added a new stereo lead and heard a little spark and nw my imobiliser lights dont flash and my clock display thing dont light up unless my car is running anyone no why :/

you have blown a 30 amp fuse
right hand side of steering wheel is the cover

Will be a fuse somewhere. If it sparked, i'd find the reason for it doing that, as you may well have a wiring fault with the lead?
