If im eating chicken breast whole and not in a stir fry i usually crumble up a chicken stock cube and rub it all into the chicken, wrap it in foil and cook it in the oven. Lovely.
If your re-heating in the microwave, something tasty and easy to do is pour a cup-a-soup or slim-a-soup over it once its cooked. Half a cup used to do the job for me but depends how moist you want it.

I boil my brown rice in a beef oxo and put some salt in, for my chicken I do what Craig does but with what ever we have in the cupboard.
how much do you have?
I have a chicken breast and 100g brown rice / pasta twice a day, once at about 10 and once at about half 2 ish

i have a regular chicken breast with brown rice, not sure on the exact measuring of the rice but its not alot! The rice is a pain but i'll try an oxo cube for tomorrow! I just have it for my dinner at 12 matt then a protein shake at 4ish then one after the gym about half 6.
ahh but a plain chicken breast with plain rice would make me want to commit!

Plain chicken and plain rice (white though) isn't too bad if it's freshly cooked. If I cba I just bang a microwavable one in (uncle bens or those 4minute frozen ones).
The rice is quite moist so it isn't that bad.

Replace the rice with something green and double the portion size

Todays food consists of
Branflakes / Banana / 2 eggs
White fish fillet / banana / pumpkin seeds
Massive (lol) chicken breast / jacket potao / mixed veg
Sitr fry with veg / noodles and chicken
Rice pudding / pumpkin seeds / creatine
Leave work and Train, then start again when I get in.
I rub some paprika (sp) powder over the chicken before sticking it in the oven the night before. I have a spice rack so usually try something different each day, today I have a sprinkleing of sage

It's not just to lose weight. Remember a while back Dizzy going on about getting your energy from fat instead of carbs? It's basically that.
Green beans are good as is spinach, asparagus and generally anything you can mound onto a plate and eat. You do need to eat more (and more often) when you're eating like this but the benefits go beyond how you look!
I'm not expecting a lot of people to understand it and/or claim that you're never gonna get big or pack on size with it. I know its not for everyone

Paleo diet works the same. You can live off it, it just takes work.

Flavouring chicken:
- Fillet defrosted in a ziplock bag
- Olive oil
- Garlic Salt
- Jamaican Jerk
I quite often use that mix for chicken when I'm just stir frying some up quick to go with noodles.
Or stir fry it then blend in a bit of Blue Dragin Sweet Chilli sauce.
