Happened this morning, I was stopped halfway round a roundabout behind another car. She started moving forward, so did I - at this point someone began to pull out in front of me from the road on the left. I was busy looking at her (she did actually stop halfway out of the junction) and while looking at her - *CRUNCH* straight into the back of the car in front. Completely my fault, I know. Absolutely kicking myself.
Do you think the tyre will need replacing? It's been scored slightly but it's not very deep.

I wouldn't change the tyre personally, I'm sure it will be fine but if you're worried it's worth it for the peace of mind alone.
It's always gutting crashing but it doesn't look too bad, car still looks sexy even in that state lol... You going through insurance?

How's the tyre wall ended up like that?!
Oh and when getting it fixed, get your centre caps colour coded to the wheels!

Bad times mate. You can just cut the loose bits off the tyre and it's fine. If going through insurance then get a new tyre.

lol cheers mate. Yeah I'll probably be going through insurance. Fairly certain it's going to work out far cheaper that way.

That was from going over speed bumps finishing my journey to work, the wing/bumper has been pushed in enough to just catch the edge of the wheel.
Way ahead of you mate the only reason they didn't get done with the wheels is because they're slightly corroded. A new set was getting sprayed up today, should look much better:

OK cheers guys. I'm very likely to go through insurance so I'll get a new tyre - for peace of mind if anything else.
