Fittied a new engine in the corsa last weekend and ever since ive had a problem , occasionaly when driving the eml light will come on usually when driven quite hard and will idle slighly rough but not misfire when the light is on but it will only come for few minutes havent had a chance to plug it in yet just wondering if anyone could give us some advise

tried the paper clip test and came up with throttle position sensor voltage too high changed the sensor and still have the same problem any ideas ?

What engine have you put in it for a start mate? Sounds like what EGR's do on x14 and x16xe's to me.

yeah they have ICV's, are you sure the other TPS wasnt a dodgy one aswell?

no dont think so mate because it worked fine on the old engine so i dont know have tryed the icv and still no luck dont know what else to try now
