you should do,

mon - chest + tris
tues - back + bi's
thurs - pins
fri - shoulders, traps

and add abs in with teh mix too

jake my legs are in decent shape compared to the rest of my body, used to play loads of football.

dave - this is just the way my mate trains and he's had brilliant results with it (and he's a veggie) so i'm going to copy his routine for a while until i familiarise myself with everything then try and change things to suit me.

I normally do chest and tris but i like doing bis then tris now and again for a change because i can do more weight and i feel it a lot more than after chest.

You NEED to be training legs.

if you want big anything, train legs, legs is the most important part of your body to train, you will only get so far without training legs, FACT

i'm only just starting out so taking things nice and slow first theres loads of times to do other things
