i wonder if u wcan help me. engine is tickin and seems to be runnin ruff at idle but there is enuf oil in it. even wen its warm it ticks then stops then ticks again.
wot can it be?

its most probably ur water pump. and maybe cambelt tensioners/pullys. i had mine replaced a few days ago. £200.

i had an oil change and it has been fine but it started again today but then i reved it up 2 about 4-5k revs then it was fine.
me thinks its to do wive da tappets. how can i sort this properly?

sticking engine tappets is normally solved by flushing the engine then new oil and filter, that normally does the trick.
my engine seems to idle right at 900rpm then seems to drop then go back up then drop only slightly but sounds as tho the the zorst is spluttering, also the timeing belt seems to be running quite loud, iv had the head gasket and timeing belt and tensioners done about a month ago, and iv fitted a new magnex cat back zorst so what could be my problem?
im gonna run down a garage tomorrow get it checked over o i know ill make it to donny!
