Think it'd be okay to put a tutor you have no contact with

I dont know who to put because i graduated 1.5 years ago and now i need an academic referee for my TC application forms

I could possibly dig up the details of a tutor from somewhere, difficult because it was all on the NTU intranet thing, to which im now blocked.

My other applications have asked for an 'academic or work related', where as this one wants one of each

Think they'd still be prepared to act as a referee after what will be 2 years when app's are sorted!?
