Picked up the keys for my/our first house last monday.
Basically renewing everything inside, was very dated with a pensioner living in it the past 20 years
However she did upgrade to central heating which is a bonus.
Been to Howdens and had a price on a kitchen, managed to get the lot for 2100,inc gas hob, oven chimney, sink and integrated fridge freezer.Good price as there kitchens are top notch
Trying to be moved in for the middle of april as corsa_godfather the II is due around the 16th of may
Bit of a task as i can only work on it at nights and weekends, altough i know alot of guys in the trade who i will get to do homers when im at work
Pics to follow

Fuck that I cant stand the upheaval of everything when we paint a room, let alone refurbing the whole house
And congrats with the purchase
