involves cycling..

I agreed and I said Id get some mates to help out as he needs 8 people

1st test is a vo2max so cycle for as long as possible the resistance goes harder every minute
will take 30 mins
2nd cycle flat out on a bike for 30 seconds, then 60-90 minutes cycling in a heat chamber and then another flat out 30 seconds
3rd test is the same as 2nd but with a rehydration strategy
still interested?

make sure to out cycle the other peeps in 90min ride. go for a 120min ride.

It'll be like that french cartoon.. what's it called? The one where the Grandma trains the boy for the tour-de-france, he gets kidnapped for some evil betting game by a rich man but manages to escape... quite funny!
