If I open a packet of chicken and just use 1 breast, then cling film it up, how long can I refrigerate the rest for?

I usually find a full packet too much, but I don't like freezing it.

3 breasts so not many, I just find chicken to be a dodgy meat sometimes .

Well, I'd usually cook it all, but when it comes to microwaving I find it dries the chicken out so would rather cook from fresh.

I struggle with more than 200g usually! I'd rather eat smaller meals throughout the day lmao.

you dont need to tell me youre not being funny. if its a pack of 20 he cant keep it fucking refridgerated can he? where as a pack of three shouldnt be too much of a problem

You can usually keep it for about 1 to 2 days. Your best bet is to wrap them individually and then freeze them, you can then take one out on the morning you plan to eat it and leave it in the fridge to defrost.

I've left chicken in a fridge for up to 4 days (maybe 5) and eaten it.
Always fine.

I loves my chicken! I buy a huge box (about 25 breasts) from Makro about once a month.

I just split them up into smaller tubs and freeze them in groups of 4 or 5.

I find frozen chicken not to taste as nice from fresh? I know I'm being stupidly picky but I love a nice bit of chicken .

Frozen stuff from the supermarket or home frozen fresh chicken? It tastes a bit yuck when it's a few days old too, so I guess you've got to decide really.

Why not cook something nice and keep it so you can re-heat it?

I eat 1 a day so cook 4-5 breasts at a time and keep them in the fridge in tupperware.
