Reported some potholes down my road about a month ago on the council online reporting system, they have been there for weeks prior, but still nothing has been done about them

being fed up of swerving round them every morning, i rang the council yesterday to say that my car had hit one and caused damage and what did i need to gather up with regards to evidence, 24 hours later the potholoes have been marked up to be filled in

so yes it works

You've already got enough evidence to beat them in court if you want to claim.

Roads in Worcs. are really really shit. On the Hagley Rd heading towards Birmingham they've filled a few small potholes but left the big massive ones unfilled.

I really hate driving to Worcester!
