I've found eating everything and training hard helps, put on half a stone to reach 11 in 2 and a bit weeks.

it helps if you want more of a 'gut' which youre going to need to burn off again if you want decent abs and then you will lose the weight from that.
just eat more clean calories, carbs and a shit load of protein.

I have next to no body fat so could do with a bit looking more muscular so all good

Didn't feel ANY effects from taking it. Nope, eaten about an hour before taking it. Took it 30 mins before training, like it says on the back.

However, I used superpump 250 yesterday and really rate that. I didn't wanna stop maybe it takes a couple of times to get into ur system?

A little better mate. A couple proteins shakes and a tin of tuna on my training days. Chicken sandwiches, bananas etc. Far from 'perfect' but a lot better.

i use superpump 250, and its quality. makes me proper focused!!

Sorry, I was referring to superpump max which is what I tried first. Didnt feel ANYTHING from that... But it was free
