dnt have advertsin no more
never had pop ups b4 on it

i got messenger plus n all. i still get these grey boxes popping up a lot tho. stuff about some girl called janita i think. and i jut click ok to get rid of it, very annoying tho!
anyone know how to stop them? ive been told if you set your internet security to high it will stop them but i dont really want that

I get them randomly too, there is a way to stop them but I am too lazy to use it and too lazy to tell people. Search for it n the net.

Its nothing to do with MSN Messenger, its Windows Messenger Service which normally deals with internal network pop-ups and the like. You don't need it running unless you're making use of it, if you're unsure then you're probably not. Just go in to Adminstrative Tools, Services and Stop the Messenger Service.
