Ordered a dress for the missus, on the 18th march. Hasn't turned up so just logged in online and the expected delivery date says 18-22/04
Didn't say it wasn't in stock when i ordered it

Sister ordered a while ago once, never again.
Used my bank card because she couldn't use hers at the time, when it took me to the Natwest Secure Pay screen it said the amount was £1.00 instead of £30 or whatever it was. Paid and then it redirected to the same page again. Tried to login H&M and the account wouldn't login.
So she left it for the night, tried to login the account the next day and it wouldn't work, so she re-registered (it didn't even say the email had been already registered!). Tried to order again and came up with £1.00 so I told her to ignore it.
A few weeks later (3-4) the product turned up and after a few days the full amount of money went out my account.
Total bollox, don't bother ordering again.
