Martin Rubles Vauxhall in Hinckley Leicestershire is awful:
Divert calls that never get through
Service 'miss' things
Parts department is good and efficient but don't bother with phone enquiries about alloys - they didn't seem helpful when I enquired about some £500 wheels (strange)
Service in the service department is awful - don't look at specified areas of car. When I last went there it took a formal letter of complaint to Vauxhall and my daddy chatting to the MD in person about their customer service - and even he wasn't that bothered.
Useless.

Arriva Vauxhall in Aldershot and Farnham
Total Cowboys.
My Car had the wrong number plates on for 4 weeks after I bought it!
Totally bodged the bodywork repairs after it was crashed into. Had to go back 3 times.
Wouldnt give me a courtesy car even though my insurance allows (and pays for) it.
On the other hand...
White Rose Vauxhall, Liss, Petersfield
Very helpful service/parts dept, and good sandwiches in the forecourt shop!
My 2p's worth!

Burnham Garage Vauxhall, Slough, Berkshire
> Service dept. is crap (well the mechanics anyway).
> Parts dept. is usually quite helpful, makes a change.
Hartwell Vauxhall, Kidlington, Oxfordshire
> Never used their Service Dept so can't comment, probably just as bad as Burnham Garage!
> Parts Dept are sometimes helpful (depending on who serves at the counter).

Bicknells, Worcester.
Brought my 114 point checked Network Q car from there....and took my car back over 10 times with 6 faults that should have been rectified with the programme..eg Broken parcel shelf.
only minor little faults but still it shud be fixed 1st time round
Was well pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Had a big argument with them when I had loada water leaking into my car after a month. 80 quid to get it fixed.
Later found out it was a loose gromet WHICH I did myself whilst fitting my fogs. Whoops.
Although gromets are not covered in the warrenty I Wrote them a letter including all the faults on my car and the sales of good act blah blah....they remebursed me under good will.
Their attitude was terrible. All they was bothered was shifting cars and aftersales they didnt give a sh1t.
I'd never get another new vaux or Network Q car again...ever.....
Parts dept is good though.

I can't say anything bad about the service department at CD Bramalls vauxhall, but the bloke behind the parts desk is completely useless (like a chocolate teapot sort of useless) I went in to get a bit that covers the tweeter on the doorhandle, and ended up with the bit that goes around the door pin? Then I went in to see about one of the plastic panels for the boot in a tigra, and he was looking at parts for the roof rack. He is completely useless. Another time, I had to go and rip the part out of another car to show him so I would end up with the right bit

Vauxhall Kirkaldy Fife.
On buying parts to take away always seemed fine. If they were not in stock they were
always in stock when they said they would be.
When car got recalled for seat rails..Were very friendly car took in quick and sorted.
Put car in for them to fit 2 non original gm front arches.Took them longer to fit as they said
the fitting was poor.Never charged any extra..( I bought these parts and took to them)Never buy em they are total crap..!
Few months later took car in 2 get 2 genuine arches fitted as 'FAKE' ones were crap.
Car got taken when they said, took the amount of time they said.
Not had any problems at all BUT not had anything major done there.Bro in law runs a garage so car
usually goes there.

Vauxhall Motorbodies Luton
Decent people who know a lot more about what they are selling that the average monkey behind the desk, and ordering isn't that bad either

You mean Martin Rumbles? Whose Exhall branch put my dad's AFM on the wrong way despite the big fucking arrow, and only realised when I told them (this being after they replaced ICV, CTS and throttle body and tried to charge us...)

I worked for a dealership that didn't have a brilliant reputation. Seen a couple of things I thought were a bit off when I was there, but in general they were ok. One mechanic drove a 888 on to the ramps and nearly ripped an arch extension off....poor car.

CMS in Kidderminster is an absolute joke. When i first bought my GSI the eml kept coming on so i got it diagnosed and they said EGR valve. £550 and many many appointments, egr valves, diagnostics, ecu reset and that bollocks later, the light still came on. then they started to tell me it was the manifold! fokers. should be avoided at all costs. ive never heard so much bull shit in my life from a bunch of so called professional bell ends calling themselves mechanics.

not quite the dealership but there is a chap at Bellinger Vauxhall in Abingdon, Oxon that needs a good hard look at himself. "wears" a shirt and tie with shirt always undone and tie lose enough to fit a 15' wheel through it and knows shit all about cars.
for eg: my key broke, took it in, they removed the chip and attached to my spare (taped) went to colect correct imobilser hub key dealt with aforementioned prat - oh, no i dont think that would work cos its a different key...yes..hmm.. i had to explain all that was needed was the chip inserted into the hub...fool imo

Yea, don't go to the Star City garage in Birmingham. They are rude when you ask for a breakdown in price when you are quoted £800 to replace a fuel tank, and even more rude when you ask if they will use pattern parts
