Either eBay, or if it's something from a shop, I usually phone the order through to check for stock availability, correct pricing, etc.

i bought a bonnet for my old corsa over the net. 3 attempts later, they still failed to get it to me undamaged and then fcuked about with getting my refund. got it locally instead.
