about 130bhp and 200lbft torque
there's a few thing s i need to do when funds also

what boost are your running to make 130bhp?
would be very interested as im aiming for atleast 120

around 25psi on full throttle around 16 psi when cruising

how many turns did you do on the fuel pump? did u advance it at all?

its pulls harder than a 1.6 from 30 to 70ish but even at 70ish you put your foot down wait a second for boost then it will keep going to ???mph , it also revs like a petrol
you have to be careful in the wet as it can spin up easily due to amount of torque
all this with 40mpg

mine pulls too 90/95 then after that it struggles but ive had 110 with 800 revs to go but the diesel doesnt like being thrashed top end

mine will keep going but dont take it there cause of high engine temps
which is one of the things I'm trying to sort out , looking at fitting spacers to lift rear of bonnet

you fought about an external oil cooler?
i know the filters close to the matrix pipes but some-one over on PNG has fitted one to his td

that what am going to do after PVS , also doesn't help that the standard turbo is also water cooled

either a turbo off a 3.0litre isuzu trooper which is apprantly a straight swap,
Or a T2 hybrid with custom manifold

the straight swap is aload off bull poop,
ive been looking at VNT's but id prefer to avoid the expense of a custom manifold, ive got a spare turbo and manifold to play about with though

maybe a adapter on the standard manifold, would like to try a screamer pipe aswell

the problem is how close the manifold sits the the block though the adapter would have to be angled towards the radiator a bit or there mite be some clearance issues.
