As title I've got 2 dents need pulling out

One is on a Calibra, on the rear quarter. There is no interior so no door card to pull off. The rear of the dent is very accessible.

Other one is on a Corsa B, again on rear quarter. Door card needs removing.

I wondered if anyone off here does it for a living before I start scouring the yellow pages
