so i had it plugged in and it came up with 2 faults , the egr not present, this is because its been removed and blanked ,
and a lamda sensor , so i bought a brand new1 yesterday and fitted it , for a test run and the car was still running shit, do i need to reset the codes on the computer ??
or can i just take the battery leads off for 10 minutes ?? ?

you could try take the leads off half hour to an hour i've read before then put back on turn electrics on for a while without doing anything then start it and let it idle for abit then out for a steady drive moving up the revs in each gear steadily if you can so it can work itself out
thats what ive read before anyway
also read you're supposed to do lambda when its still warm? not sure though

will be due to the EGR being unplugged, Plug it back in, When blanked you keep it plugged in.

sorted it chaps , needed lamda and there was a slit in one of the pipes coming off my powerbox thanks 4 the replys
